Terms and Conditions Agreement
Return
Policy
I am aware that Netcentric Publishing has an unconditional 30
Day No Risk Money Back Guarantee, which makes my purchase completely
risk-free. All purchases (except software) are refundable within
30 days of purchase based upon return of all course material
received in resalable condition. All shipping and handling charges
(if applicable) are nonrefundable and return shipping and handling
charges are my responsibility. In the event that I request a
refund I will contact Netcentric Publishing for a Refund Request
Form. Once I am provided a Refund Request Form, I must complete
said form and fax back to 512.233.0534. After the refund is
approved, Netcentric Publishing will then provide me with specific
return instructions. Failure to provide Netcentric Publishing
with Refund Request Form, failure to ship the return to the
provided return address or failure to ship the return within
7 business days from approval of refund may result in additional
shipping charges being deducted from my refund or credit and
will severely delay my refund. Approved refunds will be processed
within 30 days after the product is received. Netcentric Publishing
will not be held responsible for any lost packages. If live
training has been attended within the 30-day period this refund
policy becomes null and void. If I prefer to exchange the purchase
for other available items, Netcentric Publishing will do their
best to accommodate me. I am aware that I am limited to one
product refund or exchange only. No Exceptions.
Training
Events/Products
I understand I must attend the training event within (180 days)
6 months of my enrollment. I may return as often as I wish,
space permitting, for one (1) year after attending my first
Training Event. I am entitled to bring one of the following:
spouse, significant other, adult child or parent at no additional
cost and may add a second or third of the above mentioned guest
for an additional $500 each per event attended. Spouse and significant
other must reside in the same household and will be required
to present ID at the door. When repeating an event, guests are
not interchangeable only the initial attending guests will be
permitted. Partners must pay full price and can bring the same
above mentioned guests. Attending this training is a very important
part of my learning process and I will make every effort to
do so as soon as possible.
If I register
for the Training Event and find that I cannot attend, I may
call Netcentric Publishing and transfer to another like Training
Event or receive a credit toward another Training Event offered
by Netcentric Publishing with no penalty or cost on my part.
I agree that not attending the Training Event does not constitute
grounds for a refund and none will be issued after 30 days of
the date of purchase. I also understand event dates, times and
locations are subject to change and every effort will be made
to notify me in the event of such a change.
I understand
these events fill quickly and in order to be eligible to repeat
an event, I must pay a $250 per person, per event, non-transferable
earnest money seat deposit, refundable after I/we attend the
event. I understand I must choose the date and location of the
event I/we wish to attend when I place the seat deposit and
if I/we do not attend that event, seat deposit monies will be
forfeited. I have 7 business days prior to the start date of
the event to cancel my seat reservation and receive my seat
deposit in full. I also understand that after one (1) full year
from my original purchase date, I must pay a non-refundable,
non-transferable $500 fee, per person, to repeat the Training
Event.
Software
and Digital Products
All software and digital products that do not contain manuals
or other items that must be shipped are guaranteed to be without
defects and to perform as stated in the product description.
However, due to the ease of software and digital product copying
as well as software piracy laws, Netcentric Publishing will
only accept exchanges on defective software and/or digital products.
I am aware there is no refund policy on software and/or digital
products I am purchasing that are without defect. All Sales
Are Final.
Subscriptions
I understand that I will be charged a recurring subscription
fee that will begin being billed exactly one day after the free
trial period (if applicable) expires. I also understand that
the recurring monthly charges will be billed thirty days out
following the first monthly charge and will continue to be charged
until I cancel. Any initial shipping and handling charges (if
applicable) are nonrefundable.
I am aware
that all subscriptions must be canceled at least 5 business
days before the monthly billing date to avoid further charges.
All free trial periods must be canceled at least 5 business
days before the first billing date to avoid further charges.
Cancellations will only be accepted over the phone or by fax,
no email. Once the cancellation has been processed I will receive
a confirmation via email. If I do not receive a confirmation,
I will notify Netcentric Publishing at 512.892.9990, as that
is my only valid receipt of cancellation. If cancellation is
within the free trial period all interviews and bonuses are
mine to keep.
Additional
Terms and Conditions
I authorize Netcentric Publishing, Ltd. to use my success story
in future publications. I acknowledge that Netcentric Publishing,
Ltd. does not function as my real estate broker, personal accountant,
attorney or financial advisor. If I have a tax or legal question,
I will seek the advice of an accountant, attorney, financial
advisor or real estate broker. I acknowledge that I am responsible
for my actions and hereby release Netcentric Publishing, Ltd.
and any of its staff, employees, officers or affiliates from
liability for any of my actions or comments influenced by the
information contained in products and services received. From
this day forward, I assume full responsibility of my personal,
physical, emotional and financial well-being.
I understand
providing the information on the other side of this form gives
Netcentric Publishing, Ltd. permission to communicate with me
by fax, email, or phone to relay special offers, announcements
and information I may find valuable in my business. I understand
I will receive confidential information that may not be shared
with anyone outside my family or partnership. I will not reproduce
these copyrighted materials nor lend, rent, or sell them to
anyone to remain in compliance with the federal and state copyright
and trademark laws.
I agree
that all sales are final after 30 days of purchase and I agree
that I will not contact my credit card company after the 30
day refund period has expired.
Duty
to Read
I accept that under this agreement I have a duty to read this
refund policy given to me and have done so. I attest to this
duty and sign on the order form to execute this document. Furthermore,
I understand and accept that I am stopped from using lack of
reading as a defense against all remedies so contained herein.
