Dave Lindahl keeps his word, Oct 11, 2008

| He asked me...
This past April, Dave Lindahl asked his students to help him get to the top of the best seller charts by buying his new book "Multi-Family Millions" on the day it was released. After reading his previous book, "Emerging Real Estate Markets," I would have bought his new book anyway - his first book was excellent - but a request from him with a promise of "If you help me...I'll help you..." and "I'll make it worth your while to buy it on one particular day" was intriguing. I put the day on my calendar.
My expectations were pretty low regarding what he would be able to do for his students as a bonus for buying a book. After all, how much could anyone give for buying one book? I assumed he'd give up something like a "free report" that I could download, but since all of his other materials (Apartment House Riches course, his newsletter, his previous book, etc) were so good, I decided I would play along. I bought when he asked me to.
For that $18 book purchase which, in retrospect, I think was very inexpensive; I got not only great info from the book itself, but the bonuses came back in spades. As one of more than half a dozen thank-you bonuses, everyone who held up their end of the "deal" got TWO FREE tickets to his 4-day "Chunker" boot camp in Boston (Sep 23-26). The boot camp was loaded with good info, I got my $149 "security deposit" (a requirement to hold my seats) back on my credit card, a bag full of course work, notes, reports, a calculator and other free stuff, AND I elevated my knowledge base and contacts list to a new level.
It is a true pleasure doing business with people like Dave Lindahl, his brother Jeff, his sister Tammy, his Mom Barbara, the rest of the Lindahl "clan," and an excellent supporting staff. It's been a little more than a year since I started studying Dave Lindahl's systems and I already feel like I'm a MEMBER of a winning team. These folks not only keep their promises, but really know how to over deliver! These people are real, and my experience is when they promise something, you can count on it. |

| I attended Dave's boot camp in Boston recently and came away quite impressed. The stuff he goes over is excellent and the ideas he presents are pretty simple to understand.
That being said, there is a LOT of information drilled into these things...hence why they are called "boot camps." As a newbie to this game, it's a lot to comprehend and for those just starting out, you may be better off sticking with just the course itself. Although it takes time to establish this, I'm looking forward to the journey.
The other sellers/speakers were all right. I came in expecting that anyway. A couple went overboard with their pitchings; Marko Rubel comes to mind immediately. But it doesn't matter; people still buy the stuff anyway! lol.
Also had a chance to pick up and hear other things through Dave; seriously, this guy is legit and the real deal. He really cares about things and what he does, as well as other people. |

Dave Lindahls Apt Riches Bootcamp Sept 25-28th 2007, Sep 30, 2007

| I just finished his bootcamp and learned a lot of valuable information. He really touches upon a lot of small stuff that I ignored in the past.
The upsells got a little long winded though with all the other people getting time to hock their goods. Overall, it was worth it though. |

| I purchased David Lindahl Apartment House Rich course and it's very good. It's jam packed with info I would've ever even considered. He walks your through how to evaluate apts step by step. I've done single family investing for years now and purchased numerous materials on investing and have applied what I've learned and have been successful but with Dave's course, I'm going to take it to the next level. Haven't been to the boot camp yet but I do plan to go to the one in LA in may. Good work Dave. |

| This is the drill. If you have interest investing in real estate than do what it takes to get there. There are alot of costs. It takes time, money and effort. AND probably it'll take more money. You take more losses from UNCLE SAM with your eyes closed. Get the "right" education in the "process" of it and perhaps you'd be able to take the next step. Everyone wants immediate gratification. And what's worse is people get comfortable in being complacent. And if you like being there. Don't complain. David shares the information he KNOWS first hand. And he does it with more integrity than the next broker or realtor you will meet. Attending his bootcamp on Jan. 23, 2006 was intense and probably we could have done without the other "sales" pitches. Although, I enjoyed Nick S. At least I can understand the process and do it without having rely on some of the rip-off brokers out there to provide the information because some won't. They don't audit those listings!!! Brokers are out to make money just like your employer is out to make money. |

| I attended Dave's two day course last year in San Francisco and purchased his Apartment House Riches. At that time I didn't have much knowledge other than a few investments here in the Bay Area. I applied a lot of the info and now own 76 Units in Austin in which Dave said would be the next best market. I'm a little scared, but you have to take action to be successful. Thanks Dave... |

| I attended the fall bootcamp in Boston and learned a ton. I am part of the on-going coaching program which has provided me with support, momentum and confidence when I get a bit shaky. The conference calls have been great and the amount of information is tremendous and thorough. I have been in finance all of my professional career and Dave is a true class act, full of integrity and someone who is committed to the success of the people who have invested in his courses. I highly recommend his programs. |

| I did attend David Lindahls 3-Day Bootcamp, I found it very informative, yes David Lindahl is on top of his game, but this is not a bootcamp for absolute beginners you get lost in the process, between books and tapes, I suggest for beginners you go to Marko Rubel and check out his system. It looks pretty straight forward, not so many books and tapes. |

| I just came back from the LA Apartment Riches Bootcamp. The 3 day Boot Camp included 1 bonus day of edge of your seat, up to date, information. Dave is 100% committed to your success. He gives you a cornucopia of tools to draw upon for your success. I already own 14 units and if I took his course earlier, I would have saved myself alot of money. He gives detailed knowledge and practical support. With his course, I hope to elevate my career to the next level. This guy is the real deal. I would take the course again without batting an eye. About the other vendor presentations: oftentimes, it is after the general session, so you don't have to go if you don't want to. However, the vendors are A+ top notch. |
