Some people have all the luck.

Even when I was not on my fire shift, I had to be on call for
big fires. My time was NEVER my own. I vividly remember knocking
on this one door, looking for a pre-foreclosure deal. I glanced
down the porch to my right, to see a huge German Shepherd
crouching, locked on to me, with its fangs bared. I slowly
backed off the porch, and it slowly came forward. When I decided
to try to widen the distance by turning around (I was never very
good at running fast backwards), the dog took off after me like
a greyhound at the track.
Fortunately I was in excellent shape, and launched myself on
top of a car down the street. I’m lying there, in a gang
neighborhood, with a wild-eyed dog snapping at me like a live
Alpo meal…and my fire station beeper goes off!
The dog lost interest after about 10 minutes, and I
high-tailed it to the fire station, swearing the whole way that
THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!
My Obsession Began
That began my obsession to either
find a real estate system that made more money for less work, or
create one.
I found out pretty quickly that there was no system I
